Urban Renewal

This project is designed with varying plan typologies on the ground floor and normal floors in accordance with the different areas obtained from the precedent calculation.

While the ground floor was resolved with a different layout scheme in line with the space usage allowed by the precedent, a repetitive plan organization was developed on the upper floors with 4 apartments per floor.

The implementation of different floor plans results from the necessary changes required by the floor area distribution, building depth, flat layouts and circulation layout.

Apartment types have been rearranged on a floor basis in line with space usage and orientation conditions.
